On November 12, Amy McDonald, a senior health educator at university health services, came to the SPELC to talk about healthy and affordably eating in college. She prepared a healthy meal for brothers to try, and facilitated an interactive discussion about frozen prepared meals. Her team of EAT Healthy in the Kitchen interns also gave brief presentations about various nutrition issues. The event was organized by sophomore Aaron Huynh, senior Matt Kyong, and VP SPELC Mack Bluman.
